JIM DEVLIN
Jim is our company founder and patriarch having brought Devlin Drilling to PNG to work for Waterpng drilling the borefield for the new capitol of ENBP Kokopo after the twin volcanic eruptions of 1994 destroyed most of Rabaul town.
He changed the name to New Britain Drillers and set up a PNG company under the IPA. Jim has held an Australian Water Bore Drillers License class 2 since 1972 and NBD are to date the only licensed drilling contractor in PNG.
JAMES DEVLIN
James is NBD Operations Manager and has worked for the company since 2010. He completed his studies at Marist College Ashgrove and then went on to do Aircraft Engineering with Aviation Australia. However the opportunity to work in the family business finally convinced him to switch careers and he began with NBD as a drill offsider and worked his way up through every position in the company to eventually take over as Operations Manager. In almost 12 years James has drilled water bores in most places in PNG and has acquired a vast knowledge of how to drill in all types of challenging ground conditions.
EVELYN DEVLIN
Evelyn is the company Director/ Financial Controller and basically oversees any monies earned and is also responsible for paying any accounts and all outlays.
Evelyn studied Banking and Finance at the State University of Catanduanes Bicol Philippines and has worked for NBD since our beginning in 1995.
LIEZEL RAYGON
Liezel joined NBD in 2017 as our office manager, she will most likely be the voice your talking to if you call our landline number and she organises and supports our field crew when they are working out of the province.
Liezel completed her studies at Caramoan Community College, graduating as a teacher. She also then completed a business and secretarial skills course before coming to work for NBD.
